What to make of this?

While taking an on-line aptitude test I got the following message:

"Do you want to try and automatically retrieve or manually enter your responses?"

1.Yes 2. NO

What do I make of this? Which response makes sense Yes or No?

And these are the people who design tests for graduate entrance....

If it has to be interpreted in any other way let me know....
